Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will have a full bar for cocktails, craft beer and a robust wine list, including its own signature Mille Gradi red blend, produced by Rocca delle Macìe winery in Tuscany, Italy.
The open-kitchen restaurant will showcase hand-tossed pizza making, and its coal-burning oven, heated by 100 pounds of coal a day, will cook the pizzas at 1,200 degrees for a smoky-flavored thin crust.
