Company to kick off social media drive promoting its partners for key back to school period.

The Smiley brand is eyeing up a successful back to school period, with a number of new collections from key licensees hitting retail.

In addition, Smiley Studio will be kicking off a major social media campaign which will promote all of its back to school partners over the coming six weeks.

In addition to this, the company is offering a new marketing tool kit, bespoke micro sites and digital content, which reaches some 4.4 million fans of the cult brand.

Back to school continues to be one of the growth categories for Smiley, with both new and existing licensees enjoying good sell in with retail.

Partners include Alpa, Diakakis, Herlitz, Lannoo, Sportandem, Blueprint Collections, EuroCom, Franco Cosimo Panini and Claire’s Accessories.

All these licensees have launched complete collections that utilise the latest trends created at Smiley Studio to create ranges that include agendas, backpacks, notepads, pencil cases and satchels among others. Source:
