The Manhattan Fish Market, a seafood restaurant, has added 50 new dishes to its menu. The announcement was made at the restaurant recently. The new items include appetisers as well as main dishes.
They were unveiled by Saad al Balushi, managing director, Golden Spoon Group, the chain which operates the restaurant. Balushi said, “We are thrilled to introduce the new menu at The Manhattan Fish Market. It is our constant endeavour to introduce new dishes keeping in mind the evolving preferences of diners. We have added variety to ensure a delicious and exciting dining experience to our regular patrons while at the same time attracting new customers.
The new items have been cooked using five different methods. “There is a wide choice. You can have seafood grilled, baked, fried, poached or flamed. Flaming is our restaurant’s signature method. The dishes are flamed before the guests just before they are served. All our cooking methods actually create great tastes for our customers to relish.”
He added, “We are also launching a new Manhattan junior menu for kids. All these meals will be available for just RO1.800 for children under 12 years. We want all our customers, young and old, to have a great and memorable experience at The Manhattan Fish Market.” Some of the new dishes include, Island Grilled Cod (fish served with a sweet-sour-spicy volcano sauce), Pepper Mayo Salmon Burger, Fishy Chicky Bang Bang and Volcano Island. The restaurant is located on 18th November Street. Source: http://www.muscatdaily.com/Archive/Oman/The-Manhattan-Fish-Market-introduces-50-new-dishes-4pg4
