Coffee is a billion dollar industry with 54 percent of Americans over 18 indulging daily. It’s been enjoyed for centuries but if you’re tired of the same old cup of Joe, PJ’s has you covered with their new coffee concentrate.
“The PJ’s stores make this product fresh every day. The process actually removes all of the acidity that you typically experience with coffee,” says PJ’s Roastmaster Felton Jones. Serve it hot, serve it cold, serve it bold.
“Everyone from baristas to chefs, there are so many people using coffee in so many different ways I mean coffee is even used as a form of meat tenderizer or marinade,” says Jones.
So get creative caffeine fiends, the recipes are as endless as your imagination.
“There’s a death by chocolate cake that someone submitted to us and I haven’t had a chance to try it yet but it looks phenomenal. This product especially being a concentrate, in its concentrated form it can really, really have a positive effect on some of your best recipes.”
